This website is owned and operated by PR Home Care, a licensed North Carolina home care agency, license HC8219. The website provides general information about PR Home Care, its non-medical services, employment opportunities, community education, and related resources.

The website is intended for adults. You must use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Informational Purposes Only

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, nursing advice, legal advice, clinical guidance, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or emergency instruction. You should consult an appropriate licensed professional about individual medical, legal, or safety concerns.

Fall-prevention, home-safety, caregiver, and community-education materials do not guarantee that a fall, injury, hospitalization, emergency, or other adverse event will be prevented.

3. PR Home Care’s Non-Medical Scope

PR Home Care provides non-medical companion and lifestyle support, including companionship, safety observation, routine support, family respite, light household support, meal setup and companionship, family communication, and technology and connectivity support, as appropriate to the agreed service plan.

PR Home Care does not provide hands-on personal care, bathing, dressing, toileting, hand-feeding, transfers, medication administration, skilled nursing, therapy, medical treatment, medical decision-making, emergency response, or client transportation.

4. No Emergency Use

This website, its forms, email, and ordinary business telephone lines are not emergency services and may not be monitored continuously. Do not use them to report an emergency, urgent medical concern, suspected abuse, or immediate danger. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority when urgent assistance is needed.

5. Inquiries Do Not Create a Service Relationship

Submitting a form, sending an email, requesting a home-safety check or workshop, speaking with PR Home Care, or receiving general information does not create a client relationship, guarantee services, reserve staff, or form a care agreement.

Service availability and acceptance depend on factors that may include location, schedule, staffing, requested tasks, agency scope, safety, suitability, and completion of PR Home Care’s intake and agreement process. If services begin, the signed service agreement, service plan, policies, and related client documents will govern that relationship. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed client documents control for the service relationship.

6. Employment Applications

Submitting an employment application does not guarantee an interview, assignment, or employment. PR Home Care may review applications based on current staffing needs, qualifications, availability, screening requirements, and assignment fit.

Applicants should not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, banking information, medical records, or copies of identity documents through the initial website application. Any later screening, authorization, or onboarding process will be handled separately.

7. Accuracy and Changes

PR Home Care works to keep website information accurate and current, but does not guarantee that every page will always be complete, error-free, or immediately updated. Services, availability, eligibility considerations, website features, resources, and content may be corrected, changed, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.
